Not a Research Network member?

Only Research Network members and institutional membership secretaries are given login credentials to the Research Portal.  if you are an academic researcher, healthcare professional or a life science industry professional interested in joining the Research Network, apply here.

Trouble logging in or don't remember your password?

The login credentials that you use for the Research Portal and Research Environment will be identical. If you set security questions when your account was set up, you will be able to reset your password via the Self Service Portal.

If you cannot access the Self Service Portal, you will need to contact our Service Desk and request a manual password reset, taking the following steps.

1. Send through a request to our Service Desk to reset your password, after which you will receive an email confirming your username and providing a temporary password.
2. Once the email arrives, use your username and temporary password to log in to the Self Service Portal.
3. After logging in, set a new password replacing your temporary one. This may take up to thirty minutes to update on your account.
4. Waiting thirty minutes for your password to update on your account, log in to the Research Portal using the same username and newly set password.
